Begin Your Pioneering Spirit With Omega

  History
Omega has always been driven by its pioneering spirit: six lunar landings; the first divers' watch; the world's only certified marine chronometer wristwatch. No watch company in the world holds more records for accuracy. OMEGA is also a world leader in sports timekeeping. We are proud of this legacy and of the commitment to innovation which led to the launch of the exclusive OMEGA Co-Axial calibres. These achievements are products of the drive and spirits which have made OMEGA one of the world's leading watchmakers.

Constellations
When OMEGA launched the costellation "Manhattan" in 1982, its defining design element, the "griffes" or claws on the side of the watch case, instantly made it among the world's most recognizable timepieces. A gold Manhattan was often seen on the wrist of former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev. The redesigned gold Constellation 09 is making its own history.

The OMEGA Rail Master
The name of the OMEGA rail master eflected on the brand's long history of providing timepieces for railway professionals, for whom punctuality was a matter of professional survival. The original Railmasters' innovative anti-magnetic design suited them perfectly for anyone who worked close to powerful electrical fields. The contemporary Railmaster Chronometer blends the classic styling of the original with Co-Axial technology.

The OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra Chronometer
Like the 1960 Automatic ,seamaster it has a stainless steel case and a stainless steel bracelet. Its lugs are reminiscent of those on its ancestor and the Teak Concept opaline silver dial also calls to mind the silvered dial of its predecessor. But the Seamaster Aqua Terra Chronometer also represents evolution and technical innovation. It is powered by the exclusive OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 8500 which delivers extraordinary precision and durability. Its domed, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal reveals a dial with the vertical lines which have defined the Aqua Terra line as both sporty and fashionable. Like the 1960 Automatic Seamaster, it has a date window at 3 o'clock. The transparent caseback makes it possible to observe the precision movement of the Co-Axial calibre. The 41.5 mm watch is water resistant to 150 metres (500 feet). A testimony to the self-winding watch's accuracy is its COSC certification as a chronometer. A testimony to the self-winding watch's accuracy is its COSC certification as a chronometer. The family resemblance is undeniable and there's no question: the 1960 Automatic Seamaster would be envious of its talented descendant.
